Had OUR GIRL 🗣️ Brianna in the gym recently working on playing off the bump. She is currently a sophomore at St. Charles HS with a lot of strength and footwork to her game • Being able to play off the bump in the post/mid-post area requires a lot of strength to use that shoulder to move the defender and create space • Perfect fit for her! 💪🏾 She came through for a two hour workout and we both worked hard. 😮‍💨 #Believe 🚀

YEAR 4 ✅: Incredibly grateful to all of the amazing parents and families that registered their child for Believe Basketball Camp 2025. We had an absolute blast! 🚀

Both sessions brought a host of special players, some new and some returning. We worked hard sharpening fundamentals skills, we learned how to excel as teammates, we learned how to handle adversity and most importantly we had a lot of fun. We’ve been fortunate enough to grow each year and this year was definitely our best one yet.

Za’Kari is a great young player that brings a lot of positive edge and tenacity every time he competes. Doesn’t matter what it is, he’s going to give 110%! We’ve had the pleasure of seeing him grow over the past few years and we’re glad he’s gotten some recognition for the work he’s been putting in! 💪🏾

A lot of kids praise players both younger and older for their skill/ability without considering the amount of work that was needed to achieve it.

Coach Malik (@floorgeneral.leek) is a rising senior at Lackey HS. Last season he helped lead the Chargers to a historic 22-3 (14-0 SMAC) record and #1 seed in the 2A state playoffs. He also earned 1st All-Conference as a starter at the PG position. Our campers loved him in Session I and we are grateful to have him on our team! 🚀

Coach Barrington “Coach B” (@barry2x__) just graduated from McDonough HS. Last season he helped lead the Rams to a 16-10 record and a Maryland 2A Regional Championship. He made the Senior All Academic Team and is headed to North Carolina A&T in the Fall! Our campers loved him in Session I and we are grateful to have him! 🚀 #Believe

We’re EXCITED to be back for Year 4 of Believe Basketball Camp! 🏀 Can’t wait to see all of our returning campers and new faces this summer at one of our two sessions. Every year we’re growing—bigger and better—and we’re thrilled to continue building something special.

Believe Basketball Camp is a fundamental skills program designed to teach players the core techniques they need to succeed on the court, and the values they need to thrive off the court. Our goal is always to leave a lasting impact—not just through drills, but through an experience they’ll remember. Growing your game/skillset takes time—but what they take away from this camp lasts far longer than a week.

Got our guy Jude here working on retreat dribbles in open space! 🏀 He has to push the ball towards each cone, retreat and then switch directions however he wants. Coach Nick shows a number so that he keeps his head/eyes up. He can only switch once he calls out the number shown. Emphasis on keeping the ball low and away from the defender. #Believe 🚀

Great ball handling drill for kids just starting out. The main focus is hand eye coordination, keeping the dribble while dropping/picking up the cones. She also has to be low enough with the dribble to do both! You can change different variables like speed and distance to increase the difficulty. Or you can stagger the cones for change of direction work. #Believe 🚀
